When Will You Ship My Order?
Currently, we aim to fulfill all orders within 2 business days of when they are placed, if not sooner.
Weather permitting, we ship Monday through Friday. During the warmer months (typically May–Sept), we ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid packages potentially sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
Our factory is located in the middle of the United States—Springfield, Missouri—which means it can take anywhere from 1–8 days to receive your order, depending on where you're located in the U.S. See below for a transit map.
For your convenience, we offer a prospective timeline of when you will receive your order at checkout, depending on which shipping method you choose. Tracking information with an exact ETA will be sent to the email address associated with your order as soon as it is picked up by UPS.

How Do You Ship? What About The Heat—Won't My Order Melt?
We handle our fulfillment and shipping ourselves—kind of a novelty in 2026, but we like having total control over the picking, packing, routing and shipping of your chocolate.
Our dedicated and experienced Shipping & Fulfillment team carefully prepares each order for shipment to protect against both breakage and heat damage, AKA melting. These measures include but are not limited to: using eco-friendly packing material to both reinforce and insulate, including frozen polar packs, and holding orders for a couple of days to avoid shipping when they might sit in a hot carrier warehouse over a weekend. Sometimes our Shipping Team will contact you because it’s so hot where you are, and will be for so many days, that we’ll suggest upgrading to Overnight— and we always help cover the cost difference to you.
In short, you can rest assured that your order won’t melt. And if it does, we’ll make it right!Â
If you order $55 or more, we ship your order free of charge via an economy method (may take up to 8 days), if it ships safely without melting. Sometimes our Shipping Team will contact you because it’s so hot where you are, and will be for so many days, that we’ll suggest upgrading to 2-Day or Overnight— and we always help cover the cost difference to you.Â
Please be advised that we require a physical address to ship your order. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

How Can I Help Ensure My Chocolate Won't Melt Once It's Delivered?
We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered. Many times, UPS will not leave the package outside of your home. If that is the case, they will try to deliver the package three more times before it is returned to us. If the UPS Package Delivery Driver does decide to leave the chocolate outside your home, it may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold, rainy or humid. Suggestion: If you are shipping to someone's home and they will be at work during the day, consider shipping the chocolate to the recipient at their office.
Please note that all shipments to businesses require signatures at the time of delivery. Shipments to residences do not require a signature unless it is specified at checkout.

We do! First, please be aware that the transit time frame begins the day after an order leaves our factory. And keep in mind, we cannot fulfill same-day orders. Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we can only ship to the lower 48 United States. We are not currently able to ship internationally, but we'd love to expand our shipping in the future. You still might be able to find our chocolate in your area, though. Please contact us at info@askinosie.mom or 417-862-9900 with questions about where to find our chocolate outside the US.
